Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a standard flat rate of RM10 for all orders within Malaysia.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for orders above RM200.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Deliveries (Malaysia): Typically take 3–7 business days depending on the location.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or certain remote locations. If your address falls under this category, we will contact you to arrange alternative shipping methods.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging for investigation.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please notify us. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refund where applicable.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
